Alphabet

NLP New Code

A game-process that continuously improves your brain's awareness and abilities

experience 1:60:33
Rules
Classic

Creates an alphabet table on screen similar to print format, with hand letters displayed under each letter. Goes through all alphabet letters sequentially.

Electronic

The "electronic" version of the Alphabet is optimized for computers: instead of displaying an alphabet table, random letters appear in random places on screen.

Flowing

Adds smoothness to the random letter version by moving letters. Now your gaze should not just search for letters on screen, but glide with them and catch them in motion.

Rotating

Now in addition to movement, the letter showing right-left-both can also be positioned at the top of the pair.

Positional

The position of one letter on screen is fixed. The task is to find this letter.

Colored

There are warm and cold colors. There are vowels and consonants. All vowels and consonants are displayed in their own shade. Except for one letter, which is displayed in the opposite shade. The task is to find this letter.

Sequences

Find a fixed sequence of letters from

Anagrams

Find a sequence that is rearranged letters of some word from

Spaced

Three letters, but there can be other letters between each one.

At speed

Train to achieve a specific (HPS) state of process coordination of your body, in which you feel energy and flow. This is the state in which you use your full potential.

The feeling of lightness "it carries me" - just before a letter appears, you already know what it will be. Muscle tone, active relaxation, "dance-like" grace and smooth movements. Enthusiasm, inspiration, positive attitude towards mistakes, etc.

Two letters appear on screen in sequence. For each pair simultaneously:

  • read the upper letter aloud;
  • guided by the lower letter, raise your arm, bending at the elbow at a 90-degree angle:
    Right, Left or Both.

Arms should be raised to a comfortable height with minimal muscle tension. For convenience, turn on background rhythmic music.

You can use the opposite leg along with your arm or other paired organs. (B = squat, jump)

In case of a mistake, just continue playing! as if nothing happened.

If mistakes become more frequent, it means you've made the task too difficult - simplify it.

Choose a speed at which you can currently play without mistakes. From this rhythm you can accelerate very smoothly and gradually.

In the HPS state, mistakes evoke a positive attitude, like "wow, what a mistake :)".

The classic version of the game was created by John Grinder as part of NLP New Coding.
